Hello Lads and Lasses, I thought it was time I posted another few lines that some people might generously call a poem. I have a few none rhyming verses saved up which I will post eventually, I am attempting to make some sort of story based video for them, which is an interesting challenge as I have not really made anything like that so far. Anyway more on those in the future.

    The following is just a little something I wrote one evening, I will point out now that it is not about me! I was just attempting a little bit of dramatic writing that might become one of the short story series. You may notice from future verses I post that I have a habit of trying to make shapes with the sentences, just thought I would give you a heads up! So here we go:

I am not

I am not about to try and make you think I am something I’m not.

I am not going to let you imagine me to be greater than I am.

I am not attempting to portray my life as better than yours.

I am not certain that my life is any worse than yours.

I am not here to take more than I have earned.

I am not going to accept less than I deserve.

I am not trying to cause anyone any pain.

I am not trying to begin life again.

I am not here to listen to your constant lies.

I am not here to let you take all you can.

I am not here for your amusement.

I am not here to further your life.

I am not a way to earn a living.

I am not a means to an end.

I am not a resource.

I am not a way out.

I am not a reason.

I am not a thing.

I am not a toy.

I am not you.

I am not still here.

I am gone.
